Strength Training Class

Strength training is a must for women to increase and maintain bone density and lean muscle mass - keys to good health for women throughout their lives. This class is a full-body, strength-focused workout using barbells, dumbbells and other resistance equipment. Emphasis is on proper form. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace so you can build mindfulness and confidence through your training. Small group classes mean you will get the attention you need and train in the company of encouraging classmates. Mon, Tues, Wed evenings Mon, Wed Noon Sat, Sun mornings

Elevate: Cardio + Strength Class

Good heart health should be a priority for every woman. (Heart disease is the number 1 killer of women in the U.S.!). Elevate is the perfect workout to help improve overall cardio function, while gaining strength. This class is a combination of cardio, resistance and mobility training. Worried about keeping up OR not being challenged enough? We've got you! Modifications and progressions are always provided so YOU can control the intensity of your workout. Small-group setting means you get all the supervision and encouragement you need. You also have a built-in support system with your classmates - a great perk for successful workouts! Personal Training

StrongerNow offers private training to individuals and small groups of 2 to 3 clients. Our personal trainers will guide you to: ​ Use exercise to help you achieve your health goals. Discover your body's strengths while respecting your limitations. Working out should not feel like a punishment! ​ Identify physical activities you actually enjoy doing so you can make them part of your workout plans. ​​ Feel safe and confident when you are working out on your own or participating in other physical activities. ​ Prioritize and invest in your own good physical and mental health. ​ Value yourself beyond your weight, jeans size and how many calories you are burning. ​ Experience pride in and autonomy over your own body.​​
